Does the featherlight come with a smart phone holder?

Yes it does . The feather light package includes a ram mount compatible with most basic iPhones. For larger phones or tablets see the accessories section.

How does the roller wheel accessory work?

The roller wheels include a sleeve adaptor that gets mounted onto the feather light EyeStick . This allows the wheels to roll freely into crawlspaces, or under vehicles etc. The roller wheels include the required mounts to adapt a flashlight (also included).

Can any camera be mounted onto the EyeStick ?

The EyeStick includes a standard tripod mount. Any camera with a tripod mount will fit onto the EyeStick.

Do I require a live Wi-Fi connection to use the EyeStick ?

No live Wi-Fi connection is required, as the camera creates its own Wi-Fi hotspot. The camera and the smart phone become paired and full control of the camera functions is then available.

Is there a return policy?

The EyeStick can be returned within the first 90 days for a full refund.

Is there a warranty?

The EyeStick is warranted for one year. The ram mounts are warranted for life.

What is the difference between the featherlight and the featherlight pro package?

The featherlight pro package includes the pole, the embroidered bag, the required smart phone mounts, as well as the Canon 620 camera.

Are replacement parts available?

All EyeStick components and clamps can be ordered as required.

Can you get a live feed from the camera when the pole is extended?

A live feed is obtained via the app downloaded onto your smart phone or tablet. All functions including zoom and shutter release are then functional.

Do the images stay on the camera or on your smart phone ?

The images are captured on the camera. With canon cameras, the images can be transferred remotely to your smart phone or tablet. Different cameras all have different functionalities.
