Information Collected
During the ordering process, Eye-Stick Inc. collects identifiable information, including, but not limited to, name, company name, telephone numbers, postal and e-mail addresses relating to the Purchaser, and any other identifiable information that Eye-Stick Inc. may reasonably require in order to provide products and services to Eye-Stick Inc.’s Purchasers (“Purchaser’s Information”). Purchasers who use the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service may be assigned user names and passwords, all of which are used to identify the Purchasers when they are using Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service.
Eye-Stick Inc. may also collect names, postal or e-mail addresses, and phone numbers of non-Purchaser visitors (“Client Email List”), who have provided their identifiable information to Purchasers for, among other things, the purpose of receiving products or product information.
Eye-Stick Inc. also collects information necessary to facilitate sending and tracking electronic mail outs for its Purchasers
Eye-Stick Inc. may retain copies of any communications Eye-Stick Inc. sends to or receives from Purchasers and other visitors to Eye-Stick Inc.’s site for its records, but will not use any such information except in accordance with the terms hereof.
Eye-Stick Inc.’s web server collects and saves the default information customarily logged by World-Wide Web server software. Specifically, for each http request received, the date and time, the originating IP address, the object requested, and the completion status of the request is collected and saved.
Eye-Stick Inc. may analyze these logs to determine the traffic through the server in hits, the number of pages served, and the level of demand for pages of interest. Eye-Stick Inc. may also analyze logs to determine other statistics that may be of value to Eye-Stick Inc.
Purchasers upload content on the Eye-Stick Inc. website at their own risk. Eye-Stick Inc. cannot control the actions of Purchasers and the information that they provide. Therefore, Eye-Stick Inc. cannot and does not guarantee that Purchaser’s content uploaded on the Eye-Stick Inc.’s website will be accurate. Purchasers acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Purchaser’s content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages.
Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on Eye-Stick Inc.’s website is a violation of the Terms of Service and should be reported to info@eye-stick.com.
Use of Collected Information
Eye-Stick Inc. may utilize the information submitted by Purchasers to authenticate and/or verify the identity of such Purchasers who may be communicating with Eye-Stick Inc. Eye-Stick Inc. may use the information it collects during the ordering process, and other information it collects while authenticating the identity of Purchasers to conduct security and monitoring.
Eye-Stick Inc. uses information it collects from Purchasers, including but not limited to the Client Email List, in connection the completion of all mailings on behalf of the Purchasers. Eye-Stick Inc. may use such information to operate, maintain and enhance the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service and other services offered by Eye-Stick Inc. Eye-Stick Inc. also uses Purchaser information to monitor compliance with the rules and policies.
Eye-Stick Inc. compiles and analyzes its Purchasers’ information into aggregated research reports. Except as may be otherwise agreed in a separate agreement between Eye-Stick Inc. and any Purchaser, Eye-Stick Inc. may share this aggregated data with its business partners
Purchaser access, update or deletion of information collected by Eye-Stick Inc.
Upon written request, Eye-Stick Inc. will provide to Purchaser a summary of any Purchaser Information retained by Eye-Stick Inc. regarding the Purchaser. Purchasers have a responsibility to keep certain information current. Purchasers may correct, change or update the Purchaser Information and information about their authorized representatives by notifying Eye-Stick Inc. in writing of such change. Eye-Stick Inc. undertakes to use its best efforts to correct the Purchaser Information within a reasonable time after receipt of such request.
Information Sharing
Eye-Stick Inc. and its authorized representatives have access to the Purchaser Information, including the Client Email List. Eye-Stick Inc. shares Purchaser Information with third parties when Eye-Stick Inc. has permission from Purchaser, when Eye-Stick Inc. believes in good faith that the law requires it, or under the circumstances described below.
Eye-Stick Inc. may disclose Purchaser Information when Eye-Stick Inc. has reason to believe that disclosing Purchaser Information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the terms of use for the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service or may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with Eye-Stick Inc. rights or property, other Eye-Stick Inc. Purchasers, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
Eye-Stick Inc. may share non-identifiable Purchaser Information with any third parties. From time to time, Eye-Stick Inc. may retain the services of third-party service providers and consultants. Eye-Stick Inc. may allow these third parties to access Purchaser Information.

Purchaser choices regarding collection, use and distribution of Purchaser Information
By accepting the terms of use for the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service and becoming a Purchaser, each Purchaser agrees that Eye-Stick Inc. may collect certain information (as detailed in this Privacy Policy) from and about the Purchaser to authenticate the Purchaser and enroll the Purchaser as a user of Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service, if applicable. If a prospective Purchaser does not agree to this Privacy Policy, it may not become a Purchaser.
Eye-Stick Inc. may offer a Purchaser during registration or, through a follow-on email, the opportunity to receive offers and information about products and services from Eye-Stick Inc. and its partners that Eye-Stick Inc. believes may be of interest to the Purchaser. If Purchaser initially accepts, Purchaser will be provided opportunity to discontinue receiving such information each time it is sent.

Eye-Stick Inc. reserves the right, but is not obligated to contact Purchasers regarding account status and changes to the Terms of Use for the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service, this Privacy Policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to a Purchaser.

Eye-Stick Inc. takes protective measures related to information security within the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive Purchaser Information while stored or in use within the Eye-Stick Inc.’s Product Ordering Service.
